Return & Refund Policy

Fair, transparent, and patient-first return guidelines in compliance with DGDA and Bangladesh Digital Commerce Guidelines 2021.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

At Friends Pharma, your health and safety are our highest priorities. You can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your delivery if any of the following conditions apply:

Damaged or Tampered Packaging

Product seal broken, bottle cracked, or box damaged during transit.

Incorrect Medicine Delivered

Mismatched brand, strength, or quantity compared to invoice/prescription.

2. Non-Returnable Healthcare Items

For strict medical safety and temperature preservation standards dictated by DGDA, the following categories cannot be returned once handed over:

Temperature-Sensitive Items (Insulin, Vaccines)

Cold-chain products requiring continuous 2°C-8°C storage cannot be returned after delivery for biological safety.

3. Refund Execution & Timelines

Once your returned item passes physical inspection at our Mogbazar pharmacy hub, refunds are credited back via bKash, Nagad, or Bank within 7 to 10 working days.
